Sushi Basics Course Friday Nov 21st

If you love to eat sushi, but are tired of paying the high prices restaurants charge, this workshop will teach you how to make your own. Each participant learns how to make the perfect rice, where to buy and how to cut the fish, make their own rolls and nigiri sushi, using their choice of many different ingredients. You are welcome to stay and have dinner with the group and enjoy the sushi you made with a glass of wine or take it home with you.
The price is 130Sfr. per person and includes wine, Japanese apero food, the class and all the ingredients, cooking notes, dinner and hopefully lots of fun and a chance to meet some new people.

Midweek drinks and socializing again: We will be meeting on Wednesday November 26, 2008 at 8pm at db drinxbar and the reservation is under my name (Dani). The bar is located opposite of the Ringier building, next to the restaurant Du Theatre, and the nearest tram stops are "Opernhaus" or “Kreuzstrasse” (tram 2 or 4). * The courses for Ski and Snowboard School 2008 are available from January 10th for four consecutive Saturdays or Sundays.
* Places in the Ski and Snowboard School are limited (200 Saturday, 200 Sunday). They will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
* Bring a signed registration form (registration forms are available here).
* Payment by credit card only. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro only. No AMEX or JCB, or any other card or cash.
* Cost is sfr 230 per person (incl. membership fee of sfr 20).
* You don’t have to show up personally, somebody else can bring your form and pay for you (if the form is filled in correctly and signed!!!)
* We booked a conference room at the Swissôtel. There are some events which take place before we start and because of this they are going to put the name of the room on a notice board in the lobby at 18:00

Wednesday 26.11.2008: Indian Vegetarian Cooking

If you like Indian food than this is the place for you. We will cook a complete indian vegetarian meal amd in the end we get to sit down and enjoy it as well. The course is taking place on the 19th and the 26th of November in wallisellen school kitchen. For the 19th there are still 3 seats available. The cost of the course including a recepie book, material and other stuff is 60 sfr. per person. So come and have a good evening with indian music & food.
